Each class will start with some gentle stretches, a guided meditation, and end with yoga nidra (a nurturing lying down guided relaxation which is as good as several hours deep sleep). This gentle class is suitable for everyone including beginners, and is particularly effective for coping with stress, anxiety and those with restricted mobility or pre and post natal.

This is a high intensity interval based class with intervals ranging from 30 seconds to 50 seconds with short recovery periods. It is designed to get the heart pumping and burn serious calories, all fitness levels are welcome!! It is all the name – so come prepared to feel the burn!

Power 45 is a 45 minute high intensity class that focuses on building strength and endurance. Warming up the body with cardio, stretching and funky tunes. Challenging exercises will target Upper and Lower body muscles leaving your mind and body feeling ready to accomplish the week ahead.
