Perfect for those wanting a high intensity workout incorporating boxing drills, body weight exercises and cardio intervals. This class is designed to improve your co-ordination, balance, mobility, core strength and cardio fitness. Gloves and pads are provided and this class is suitable for all experience levels.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

This class will have have a different emphasis each week incorporating high intensity intervals, resistance work using a variety of gym equipment, cardio and core strength elements. Best suited to intermediate and advanced fitness levels.

C&C (Core & Cardio)

Core strength and stability is one of the most important aspects of our body, but an area that we sometimes don't give enough specific focus to. This class will help strengthen all your core areas and improve your cardio fitness in a fun, intense group session. This class will cater for all fitness levels.

CIRCUIT

An excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. This class combines resistance and body weight training along with functional exercise that maintains a steady heart rate. Suitable for all levels of fitness

AMRAP

As many rounds as possible! This is a non stop, all action style of training combining speed, power, endurance and willpower. Test yourself! Intermediate to advanced fitness.

TABATA

A fast paced, interval style class aimed at keeping the heart rate high and the rest periods low. Highly effective in fat burning and endurance building, but suitable for all levels of fitness.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

One for the lifters. A fun mix of compound, resistance based exercises and speed/endurance work take your fitness to the next level. Intermediate to advanced fitness.

ABT (Abs, Butt and Thighs)

What more really needs to be said. This class is designed to target the "trouble areas". A combination of resistance, cardio and core training that suits all levels of fitness.

Fit 2 Dance

Energized, dynamic and FUN! A 60 minute cardio workout suitable for anyone/everyone who simply loves to dance. Tone and strengthen your legs, improve your cardio, boost your mood and ignite your energy!

STRONG by Zumba®

STRONG by Zumba® (SBZ) combines BODY WEIGHT, MUSCLE CONDITIONING, CARDIO and PLYOMETRIC TRAINING moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is DRIVEN BY THE MUSIC, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Body Blitz

A combination of explosive and functional movements, set in a high intensity, resistance based environment, designed to target the whole body, and achieve muscular hypertrophy, toning and strength.

Buddy Bootcamp

Bring a friend and let them experience the magic of The Gym Factory in an outdoor style circuit workout. Fitness, friends and fresh air….the perfect way to kick off the weekend. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
